·        Review of Existing Propositions:

  

·         Shell, Perfectly Happy People & Cath Kidston: I completed analyses of their respective home shopping operations and prepared strategic reports which identified their strengths and weaknesses as well as recommendations for operational improvements.

  

·         Early Learning Centre: Two major projects throughout 2003 saw the reduction of telephone enquiry calls and quality improvements in e-mail communications. A wide range of changes were implemented and as a result YOY telephone enquiry calls dropped by over 20% and incoming e-mails reduced by 35%. This saved the business over £55k in the trading year and added value to the brand as more enquiries were resolved in the first contact.
