   Effective Management of Current Operations:

 

·         Blacks Leisure Group: I am currently working with Blacks on the introduction and development of business processes, financial and stock management improvements within their internet business.

 

·         Cath Kidston: The outsourced partner initially used by Cath Kidston was a smaller independent fulfilment house. The majority of the early contact work focused on providing business advice and team coaching to improve the customer service responses, operational techniques and relevant business measurements.

 

·         Early Learning Centre: I worked closely with Zendor in the preparation of budgets, reforecasts, resource plans and operational requirements. Accurate forecasts and business planning were key factors in ensuring that Zendor continued to achieve their contractual performance throughout the contract and especially during peak trading periods.
