· Project Management:
· Cath Kidston: I have managed a number of projects for Cath Kidston including the redevelopment of the website, the setting up of the in-house call centre and fulfilment services as well as the selection and relocation to the new Huntingdon warehouse.
· Green Baby: I project managed the relocation of the call centre and warehouse operations from Braywood to Exact Abacus.
· Early Learning Centre: Project managed the outsourcing of the ELC’s home shopping business into Zendor. This commenced with the initial supplier section and tendering, through to the implementation and go live in 2001. The outsourced business was successfully migrated and the project was completed both on time and within budget.
