The rapid growth and continual changes in demand within the E-commerce and Mail Order retail sectors have meant that the varried offers provided to the end customer require constant strategic review, change management and the successful implementation of operational projects all within very short and demanding timescales.
With these business requirments becoming more specialised and specific I decided to set up my own E-commerce retail consultancy in 2004 focusing it primarily on the strategic and operational requirments of a home shopping business.
